If you are reading this from another country — maybe the Netherlands, the UK, Germany or somewhere further — and you are wondering whether you can actually plan a wedding at an Italian villa you have never set foot in: we get it. We really do. We moved to Italy from the Netherlands ourselves, and we know exactly what it feels like to plan something big from far away, in a language you are still learning, in a country where things work differently than you are used to. That is why we built Maniero the way we did. And that is why we are putting every single price on this page, with nothing hidden, so you can plan from your kitchen table with real numbers instead of "contact us for a quote." ## Wedding pricing ### Can you really plan a destination wedding without visiting first? Yes, and most of our couples do exactly that. We designed the essentials package for people planning from abroad. It bundles the venue with everything you would otherwise need to source locally yourself — catering for three days, flowers, a DJ, cold fireworks for the cake, and a shuttle for your guests staying at partner hotels. You do not need to google Italian florists from your sofa in London. You do not need to negotiate with a caterer in Italian. You do not need to find chairs, tables or fairy lights — they are already here, included in the venue. The whole point is that you can book one package and know what you are getting. Your wedding planner handles the rest, and our recommended suppliers quote you directly — no middlemen, no commissions. ### The venue on its own If you prefer to bring your own wedding planner and source everything independently, you can rent the estate without any supplier packages. A three-day wedding weekend costs €17.000. For more than 70 guests there is an extra event fee of €2.000. An extra night in the villa is €2.000 per night. VAT and tourist tax are included. Check-in Friday 10.00, check-out Sunday 16.00 — the days are flexible. The venue rental includes: exclusive use of the entire 4-hectare estate for 2 nights (sleeps 18 guests), 3 event days for up to 90 guests, a location host on event days, bed linen, towels, shampoo and body wash, event tables, chairs and fairy lights, sound system around the pool and garden, beamer, the Maniero Fiat 500 bar, wooden wedding games, padel court and beach volleyball, parking for everyone, and check-out and park cleaning. Notice how many things are already included that other venues would charge you extra for. We remember hunting for our own wedding venue and seeing invoices for €700 just for the lights that were already hanging in the garden, or €5 per guest to cut a cake we had already paid for. At Maniero, the chairs, the tables, the fairy lights, the sound system — they are just there. No surprise line items. ### The essentials: the package built for planning from abroad The essentials include the venue rental plus three days of catering, flowers for the ceremony and dinner with candles, a DJ and audio technician on the wedding day, cold fireworks for the cake, and a two-day taxi shuttle for guests staying at partner hotels. One package, one clear price, and you know what is covered before you book a single flight. - 30 guests — €31.995 total, about €1.065 per guest - 50 guests — €36.500 total, about €730 per guest - 70 guests — €46.000 total, about €655 per guest - 90 guests — €52.000 total, about €580 per guest Why do smaller weddings cost more per guest? Because many costs are fixed. The villa, the DJ, the flowers, the styling and the cleaning cost the same whether you invite 30 or 90 people. Only food and drinks scale with your guest list. Important: these prices are an example based on the suppliers we recommend. Maniero itself offers no services — we only rent out the villa. Everything outside the villa rental comes from our recommended suppliers, who quote and invoice you directly, so prices may be subject to change. ### Extras and add-ons Once your essentials are sorted, you can add things on top. These are approximate prices from our recommended suppliers: - Wedding planner (full planning) — about €4.500 - Wedding planner (partial planning) — about €2.250 - Sunday BBQ by the pool instead of brunch — about €40 per guest - Premium drinks, top-shelf spirits and signature cocktails — about €1.500 - Late-night bar, one more hour after midnight — about €800 - Espresso cart after dinner — about €600 - Cigar and whiskey corner — about €400 - Extra night in the villa — €2.000 Want everything? Full planning plus every extra adds roughly €7.800, plus €40 per guest for the BBQ. ### What you still need to arrange separately Even with the essentials, some things are quoted separately by your planner or our recommended suppliers: the wedding planner themselves (always part of a wedding at Maniero), photographer and videographer, hair and make-up, stationery and design, live music and entertainment, additional styling and decoration, officiant and ceremony paperwork, hotel rooms for guests not sleeping at the villa, and airport transfers. The good news? Our planners do this every week. They know the best local photographers, the musicians, the make-up artists. You do not have to find them — you just have to choose from the options your planner puts in front of you. That is the whole point: you are planning from abroad, and the people on the ground handle everything locally. ## Holiday pricing Maniero is a private luxury villa in Le Marche rented as a whole for up to 18 adults (plus 2 children). The rate is €3.500 per night, the same all year, with the 4-hectare estate, padel court and 20-metre pool to yourselves. - Per night — €3.500 - Per week (7 nights) — €24.500 - Minimum stay — 5 nights - Per person per night (18 guests) — about €195 ### What is included Everything. Exclusive use of the entire estate, the main villa sleeping 18, all amenities (padel court, 20-metre pool, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor arcade, outdoor cinema, pizza oven, playground, gym, putting green, cold plunge pool, beach volleyball), linen, cleaning throughout the stay, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking. No hidden fees, no surprise surcharges, no seasonal pricing. ### Is the rate really flat all year? Yes. €3.500 per night in August is the same as €3.500 per night in October. We do not do seasonal pricing tiers. The only thing that changes is availability — summer weeks book up faster. ## Retreat pricing Maniero hosts yoga, wellness, padel and company retreats: up to 18 overnight guests with exclusive use of the estate from €3.500 per night. The retreat rate is the same as the holiday rate: €3.500 per night or €24.500 per week, with a 5-night minimum stay. On top of that, we can arrange private chefs for full board, yoga instructors, padel coaches, massage therapists, airport transfers and catering packages — all priced on request. Share your retreat vision, group size and dates with us, and we will put together a tailored quote. ## How does Maniero compare to Tuscany? Le Marche is significantly more affordable. Comparable venue hire in Tuscany's Chianti region runs 40–60% more than an equivalent property in Le Marche, and that is before you factor in the premium supplier costs that come with being in a high-demand tourist area. In Le Marche, the caterers, florists, photographers and musicians are world-class — but they charge local prices, not destination-wedding-tourist prices. For a destination wedding that feels every bit as beautiful as Tuscany but costs substantially less, Le Marche is the smarter choice. And if you are planning from abroad, the lower cost is not the only advantage — Le Marche is less crowded, less picked-over, and the suppliers have more availability and more time for you. ## How to budget for a destination wedding at Maniero Here are three realistic scenarios: Budget-friendly (30 guests, about €35.000–40.000): villa and essentials €31.995, partial wedding planner about €2.250, photographer about €2.500–4.000. Per guest: about €1.170–1.330. Mid-range (50 guests, about €45.000–55.000): villa and essentials €36.500, full wedding planner about €4.500, photographer and videographer about €5.000–7.000, live music or entertainment about €1.500–3.000. Per guest: about €900–1.100. Full celebration (90 guests, about €60.000–75.000): villa and essentials €52.000, full wedding planner about €4.500, premium drinks upgrade about €1.500, photographer and videographer about €5.000–7.000, live music about €2.000–3.000, late-night bar and espresso cart about €1.400. Per guest: about €665–835. These are realistic estimates, not Maniero quotes. Photographer, videographer, entertainment and planner costs come from local suppliers who invoice you directly. ## Quick answers How much does a wedding at Maniero Montecassiano cost? Rent the venue only for €17.000 and bring your own wedding planner and suppliers. The essentials packages start from €31.995 for 30 guests if you prefer to work with our recommended suppliers. When is 2027 available? 2027 is fully booked. We are taking requests for 2028 and 2029. All prices are in euros and were checked in October 2026. Maniero only rents out the villa.
