One big family, three generations, or the whole friend group.
A private luxury manor on a gated 4-hectare estate: 25 minutes from the Adriatic Sea, 40 minutes from Ancona airport, and a world away from the overcrowded corners of Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast.
Luxury meets non-stop fun: a huge pool, a real-sand beach volleyball court, padel, basketball, a trampoline and a playground. Inside, a games room with billiards, table tennis, foosball and air hockey, and a full-blown gym. Evenings are spent around the pizza oven and the barbecue, or watching movies on the big outdoor screen under the stars.
Everything for little ones is ready (cots, high chairs, baby baths, toys, safety gates) and the grounds are fully fenced.

How much does it cost to rent Maniero for a week?
€24.500 for seven nights, sleeping up to 18 guests. That works out to €3.500 per night regardless of season. Cleaning, taxes, linen, pool maintenance, wifi, and use of all amenities are included. No hidden fees.
Is the rate really flat all year?
Yes. €3.500 per night in August is the same as €3.500 per night in October. We don't do seasonal pricing tiers because we think they're confusing and unfair. The only thing that changes is availability — summer weeks book up faster.
What's included in the nightly rate?
Exclusive use of the entire 4-hectare estate, the main villa sleeping 18, all amenities (padel court, 20-metre pool, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor arcade, outdoor cinema, pizza oven, playground, gym), linen, cleaning throughout the stay, utilities, high-speed wifi, parking. No surprise add-ons.
How many guests can stay at Maniero?
Up to 18 adults across 9 bedrooms, plus 2 children if you like. For weddings or events, we can host up to 90 guests for the ceremony itself.
What's the minimum stay?
5 nights. We prefer week-long stays and offer our best availability to guests booking a full week or longer. Minimum stay can vary by season — email us for specific dates.
How far is Maniero from the nearest beach?
25 minutes by car to the Adriatic coast — specifically to Sirolo and Numana on the Riviera del Conero, which are considered two of the best beaches in central Italy. Porto Recanati, another coastal town, is also 25 minutes away.
Which airport should I fly into?
Ancona Falconara (AOI) is 40 minutes away and has direct European flights. Bologna is 2 hours, Rome is 2.5–3 hours, Perugia is 1 hour. We can arrange private airport transfers on request.
Can I book Maniero directly without going through a marketplace?
Yes, and we prefer it. Booking direct means you deal with us from first enquiry to check-out, no middlemen, no marketplace commissions, and you get our personal attention throughout. Email or use the form on our website to check availability.
