Padel Retreats

The only private estate in Le Marche with its own padel court.

We’re the only private estate in Le Marche with our own outdoor padel court — and as far as we know, the only boutique villa in Italy where you can walk off the court, jump in a 20-metre pool, and sit down to a home-cooked Italian dinner without leaving the property.

The court is available to every guest, every day, from sunrise to whenever you finally call it quits. We’ve got rackets and balls ready, so you don’t need to bring a thing.

Hosting a padel retreat?

Running a padel retreat? We’ve built the perfect setup for it. Our villa sleeps 18 guests across 8 styled bedrooms, and the private court is exclusively yours for the entire stay. No bookings, no timeslots, no sharing with strangers.

Combine daily padel sessions with everything else the estate has to offer: a beach volleyball court for cross-training, an indoor gym for conditioning, a sauna and jacuzzi for recovery, and a 20-metre pool for cooling down between sessions. In the evenings, your group can take over the indoor arcade hall for some off-court competition — billiards, air hockey, darts, the lot.

We can connect you with local padel coaches if you want to add instruction to your retreat, and our catering partners will keep the group fuelled with proper Italian food — not a sad buffet, but long tables, local wine, and the kind of meals people still talk about months later.

Whether you’re a padel travel agency organising a group trip, a club planning a members’ getaway, or a group of friends who just want to play padel and eat well in Italy — we’re set up for it.

We recommend two training session each day to finish up a tournament with a tournament agains locals at the local padel clubs.

Private padel court Maniero Montecassiano le Marche

Holiday?

Padel on holiday? Obviously.

If you've ever tried to book a villa with a padel court in Italy, you know how rare it is. Most holiday villas give you a pool and maybe a table tennis table. At Maniero Montecassiano, you get a proper private padel court — right on the estate, surrounded by olive groves, available every day of your stay. No booking slots, no extra fees, no driving to a local club.

Wake up, grab a coffee, and play your first set before the rest of the house is even awake. Spend the afternoon switching between the court and the 20-metre pool that's literally steps away. Padel is one of those rare sports where everyone from total beginners to experienced players can have fun on the same court — so yes, even your in-laws can join.

Beyond padel, the estate has beach volleyball, an indoor gym, a sauna and jacuzzi for recovery, and an indoor arcade hall with billiards, air hockey, darts, and more. For the kids there's a dedicated playground. Competitive uncle? Bored teenagers? Sorted and sorted.

The Adriatic coast is just 25 minutes away — the beaches at Sirolo and Numana are among the most beautiful in Italy and never as crowded as the usual tourist spots. Drive 10 minutes into Montecassiano and you're in a medieval hilltop town with local cafés and zero tourists. Macerata, the Frasassi Caves, the Sibillini Mountains — there's more to do here than a week allows.

The villa sleeps 18 guests across 8 styled bedrooms, and when you're here, the entire estate is exclusively yours. Whether you're a group of friends looking for a sporty villa holiday in Italy, a family reunion that needs space and activities for three generations, or a couple who just want to play padel and eat incredibly well — this is the place.

As far as we know we are the only high-end boutique villa with private padel court in Le Marche and the entirety of Italy.

A Sample Padel Retreat Week

Here's how a typical week at Maniero might look if you're running a padel-focused retreat. It's flexible — every group shapes the schedule around their own goals — but it gives you a sense of what's possible.

Morning sessions (9–11am). Two hours of structured training on our private court. For serious groups, this might be drills, video analysis with the coach, and technical work. For mixed-ability groups, it could be doubles rotation and match play. The court is completely yours — no sharing with other guests or time-slot constraints.

Late morning recovery (11am–12:30pm). Stretching and light work in the outdoor yoga area, or straight into the 20-metre pool and sauna for proper recovery between sessions.

Lunch (1–3pm). A proper Italian lunch at the villa, prepared by our Marchigiano catering partners. Local pasta, fresh vegetables from the garden, good bread, and a glass of wine if you're not playing the afternoon session.

Afternoon sessions (4–6pm). Second training block of the day. Match play, tournament format, or technical practice depending on what your group needs.

Evening (7pm onwards). Aperitivo on the terrace, dinner under the pergola, maybe a round of XL chess or an arcade tournament in the indoor hall. The pace slows down; the conversation gets better.

One free day mid-week. Most retreats we host include one day without scheduled sessions — a chance to drive 25 minutes to the beaches at Sirolo, explore the medieval town of Montecassiano, or just stay by the pool. It's Italy. Resting is part of the point.

Optional: Saturday tournament at a local club. We recommend ending the week with a friendly tournament against players from a nearby padel club. It's a great way to finish the retreat and gives your group a taste of the local padel scene.
