The court is available to every guest, every day, from sunrise to whenever you finally call it quits. Rackets and balls are ready, so you don’t need to bring a thing.

We’ve built the perfect setup for it.
The villa sleeps 18 across 9 styled bedrooms, and the court is exclusively yours for the entire stay. No bookings, no time slots, no sharing with strangers.
Our catering partners keep the group fuelled with proper Italian food. Not a sad buffet, but long tables, local wine and the kind of meals people still talk about months later. Here’s how a week could look:
Morning session. Two hours of structured training: drills, video analysis with the coach, or doubles rotation for mixed groups.
Recovery. Stretching on the yoga deck, or straight into the pool and sauna.
A proper Italian lunch from our Marchigiano caterers, with vegetables from the garden.
Afternoon block. Match play, tournament format or technique, depending on the group.
Aperitivo on the terrace, dinner under the pergola, maybe an arcade tournament.
One free day for the beaches at Sirolo, the old town of Montecassiano, or the pool.
Optional: a friendly tournament against players from a local padel club.
