We know firsthand that planning a wedding can be… a lot. Endless options, unclear pricing, suppliers who suddenly double their rates the moment you say the word “wedding”. Not exactly the vibe you’re going for. That’s why we’ve built Maniero differently.

Let our favourite suppliers arrange your epic wedding weekend with the essentials for your once-in-a-lifetime day: a team we genuinely love working with. A caterer who makes traditional Italian food, a florist with an eye for detail, and a DJ who knows how to party. You then choose your wedding planner from a few we trust.

No guesswork. No unnecessary stress. No “wedding tax” surprises. Just a solid plan, a great team, and the space to make it completely your own.

Essentials

  • Private rental of the whole estate for 2 nights (sleeps 18 guests)

Check-in Friday 10.00 · check-out Sunday 16.00. The days are flexible, and extra nights can be added for €2.000 per night.

DJ

Our DJ Gio makes sure the audio is perfect during the ceremony and that all the right songs are played. He plays your favourite playlist during dinner, is the DJ at your party, and takes care of the cold fireworks for the cake.

At Maniero you always work with a wedding planner, so you can actually enjoy the weekend. After booking the venue, we connect you with our favourite planners (not included in the package price).

Aperitivo time

The time after the ceremony and before dinner: a big appetizer buffet of local produce.

  • Ciauscolo salami from Castel Sant’Angelo, aged lonza and aged salami from Fabriano
  • Pecorino from Macerata, truffle caciotta, fresh ricotta and Grana Padano
  • Farro salad, grilled aubergine, breaded peppers and spicy sautéed courgette
  • Chickpeas with cherry tomatoes, olives and rocket
  • Stuffed fried Ascolana olives, fried custard, fried herbs and vegetables

Wine and dry sparkling wines, non-alcoholic cocktails, fruit juices, light cocktails such as spritz, mimosa and bellini (on request), still and sparkling water, and soft drinks.

With the package you only choose the linen, the dishes for dinner and the 3 cocktails for the open bar.

Pasta course

  • Vincisgrassi, the traditional lasagne of Le Marche
  • Blueberry risotto
  • Ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage

Main course

  • Grilled tagliata with roast potatoes and fresh salad
  • Guinea fowl stuffed with meat and fresh truffle
  • Mozzarella stuffed with vegetables and pesto

Dessert

  • Fruit and sweets buffet: tiramisù, chocolate mousse and panna cotta
  • Wedding cake: millefoglie or sponge cake
  • Sweet or sparkling wine, coffee and digestivi

Open bar

White and red wine and water are served with dinner. At the party there is an open bar with beer, soft drinks, wine and 3 cocktails of your choice.

The essentials for a full three-day wedding weekend: venue rental, three days of catering, flowers for the ceremony and dinner with candles, DJ and audio technician on the wedding day, cold fireworks for the cake, a two-day taxi shuttle for guests staying at other hotels, and the tables, chairs, lights, Fiat 500 bar, party games and padel court.

Maniero offers no services itself: we only rent out the villa. Everything outside the villa rental is provided by our trusted external suppliers, so these prices are estimates and can change.

Rather plan everything with your own wedding planner? Skip the essentials (although the essentials come with the suppliers’ best prices) and rent the estate for your wedding weekend.

Not included, and the extras

The essentials cover the weekend itself. These are not included, and are quoted by your planner or the suppliers:

  • Your wedding planner (always part of a wedding at Maniero): full planning about €4.500, partial planning about €2.250
  • Photographer and videographer
  • Hair and make-up
  • Stationery
  • Live music and entertainment

Optional extras, approximate prices

  • Sunday BBQ by the pool instead of the brunch: about €40 per guest
  • Premium drinks, top-shelf spirits and signature cocktails: about €1.500
  • Late-night bar, one more hour after midnight: about €800
  • Espresso cart after dinner: about €600
  • Cigar and whiskey corner: about €400
  • Extra night in the villa: €2.000

Want it all? Full planning plus every extra adds roughly €7.800, plus €40 per guest for the BBQ. Maniero itself offers no services, only the villa rental: every extra is booked with trusted local partners, who invoice you directly.
