How Much Does a Wedding in Le Marche Really Cost?
How much does a wedding in Le Marche cost? Real prices from €17.000 for the villa and €31.995 for the essentials, and what is and isn't included.

A three-day wedding weekend at Maniero in Le Marche costs from €17.000 for the villa rental alone, or from €31.995 for the essentials with 30 guests. Most couples end up spending roughly €600–1.000 per guest for the whole weekend. Your planner, photographer, hair and make-up, stationery and live music come on top.
That's the short answer. Here's the long one, with every number on the table, because we remember exactly how it felt to ask a venue for a price and get a mood board back.
What does the venue alone cost?
If you'd rather plan everything with your own wedding planner, you can rent the estate on its own. That's €17.000 for a three-day wedding weekend, VAT and tourist tax included.
For that you get the whole estate to yourselves from Friday to Sunday, with the villa sleeping 18, and the things other venues like to charge extra for: tables, chairs, fairy lights, the sound system around the pool and garden, and a beamer for the speeches. The padel court is yours too, with no time slots.
Two things can change that number:
- More than 70 guests: an extra event fee of €2.000 (we host weddings up to 90 guests).
- Extra nights: €2.000 per night, if you want to arrive early or stay a little longer.

What do "the essentials" cost, and what's in them?
Most couples go for the essentials: the villa rental plus the core of the weekend, arranged by our trusted partner suppliers. Prices depend on your guest count:
| Guests | The essentials | Per guest (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| 30 | €31.995 | €1.065 |
| 50 | €36.500 | €730 |
| 70 | €46.000 | €655 |
| 90 | €52.000 | €580 |
As you can see, the per-guest figure drops as the guest list grows, because the villa costs the same whether you invite 30 people or 90.
The essentials cover:
- The villa rental for the weekend, with two nights for 18 people in the villa
- Three days of catering, from the Friday pizza and spritz party to the Sunday hangover brunch
- Flowers for the ceremony and the dinner, with long candles on the table
- A DJ and audio technician on the wedding day, plus cold fireworks for the cake
- A two-day taxi shuttle for guests staying at other hotels
- Tables, chairs, lights, the Fiat 500 bar, party games and the padel court
The full menu and the weekend schedule are in our wedding package, down to the blueberry risotto.
One honest note: Maniero offers no services itself. We only rent out the villa. The catering, flowers, DJ and shuttle come from external suppliers we trust, so these prices are estimates and can change. Neither we nor our suppliers work with commissions, which is also why the numbers are what they are.
What isn't included?
This is the part that usually turns a "budget" into a "situation", so here it is up front:
- Your wedding planner. At Maniero you always work with one, so you can actually enjoy your own weekend. Full planning is about €4.500, partial planning about €2.250.
- Photographer and videographer
- Hair and make-up
- Stationery
- Live music and entertainment
And then the optional extras, all approximate: premium drinks and signature cocktails (about €1.500), one more hour of late-night bar (about €800), an espresso cart after dinner (about €600), a cigar and whiskey corner (about €400), or a Sunday BBQ by the pool instead of the brunch (about €40 per guest). Want the lot? Full planning plus every extra adds roughly €7.800, plus €40 per guest for the BBQ.

So what does a real Le Marche wedding budget look like?
Let's take a wedding of 50 guests. The essentials are €36.500. Add full planning at about €4.500 and you're at roughly €41.000, before your photographer, hair and make-up, outfits and the rest of your personal list. That lands right in the €600–1.000 per guest range most of our couples end up in.
If you want to compare that with what similar weekends cost in Tuscany, we wrote the honest Le Marche vs Tuscany comparison after going through those quotes ourselves.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The lights are already hanging, so there's no €700 for fairy lights. You've paid for the cake, so there's no €5 per guest to cut it. Tables, chairs, sound and lighting always come with the venue.
What you should budget for on your side: travel, outfits, rings and anything you add beyond the list above. For guests who don't sleep in the villa, we work with two partner hotels, 4 and 10 minutes away, and the essentials include a taxi shuttle to get them back and forth.
When should you start budgeting?
Earlier than you think. We only host around 10 stays a year, and for weddings 12–18 months ahead is ideal. Our real planning timeline walks you through what happens when. More money questions? Our FAQ has the rest.
